On Thursday, 27 August, the Executive Committee is meeting one last time in the current composition.

The Executive Committee, formed by 48 individual AIJA members elected by the General Assembly, assists the Bureau and is responsible for approving applications for membership in AIJA, as well as for appointing the National Representatives of the countries represented in the Association.

Each Committee member has a three-year term. As some terms are coming to an end this year, new positions become again available in the Executive Committee. AIJA members can run for the Committee and they can be voted electronically from Thursday, 27 August, at 09:30 CEST, until Friday, 28 August, at 15:30 CEST.
